Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment anytime.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

In most cases, customers do not pay any additional customs fees. In the rare event that customs imposes additional charges, please contact us immediately, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can track your package in real-time through our website or the courier partner’s portal. If you experience any issues with tracking, our support team is ready to help.

6. Delays or Lost Packages

We take full responsibility for your package until it reaches your door. 7. Incorrect Shipping Information

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or with missing components, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and the product when reporting an issue. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
