Due to the nature of our products (premium-grade replicas), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Preference differences (e.g., size, color, style)

However, we will accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Reporting a Problem

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@luxoticwatches.com Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

• Original packaging details

Failure to report within the given time frame will void eligibility for return or exchange.

3. Conditions for Acceptance

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

• Any sign of wear, tampering, or modification will result in rejection of the return or exchange.

4. Approval & Process

Once we receive your request and approve it, we will provide detailed instructions for the return or exchange process. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return claim based on our policy guidelines.

5. Shipping for Returns

• For approved cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

• We will arrange for pickup or provide a return shipping label.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only if a replacement is unavailable.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval.

7. No Returns for Certain Situations
