  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are included.
  • Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is provided.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your Order Number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method.

Shipping Charges

Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
