Warranty Coverage
All watches purchased from Luxotic Watches are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered
Our warranty includes:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Faults in the watch movement.
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship.
- Issues present under normal use and proper care.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Water damage resulting from use beyond the watch’s stated water resistance.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Batteries, straps, bracelets, or other consumable components unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with:
- Your Order Number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Repairs & Replacements
If your warranty claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace the product at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Luxotic Watches or our authorized sales channels.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
