Return Eligibility

Our team will provide return instructions and the next steps.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

- Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
